I am a qualified National Standard Instructor and teach Bikeability (previously known as Cycling Proficiency) for East Sussex County Council. I have an enhanced DBS. I also work with the disabled at Eastbourne Sports Park, helping deliver the 'Wheels for all' service (see the two videos).
In 2017 I delivered Bikeabilty training in 30 (mainly primary) schools in East Sussex. During the year I worked with over 800 children. In holiday times I successfully taught beginners from the age of three and worked with numerous able and disabled adults, building confidence and technique.
Freedom: Cycling is a great lifestyle choice, a superb cardiovascular exercise and the endorphins released are good for your mental health.
